Out typical questionnaires consists of ca 85 questions. Although there are some universal questions we always ask, we also add questions specific for the organization we are in. This means the questionnaire is constructed specifically for a given company. On the basis of the answers we calculate several general indexes and indexes for 15 areas of management.
Description of the measures We offer analysis of the results in about 20 indexes and measures which allow to have a view of the functioning of the most important aspects of its functioning. What follows is a short description of the indexes. Organization Development Index To calculate this index we take into account the key questions from the whole questionnaire and calculate index in the range from 0 to 100, which shows organizational maturity of a comopany. The higher the result the more developed organizationally is the organization. This is a kind of summary of all results in one number easy to compare both with other organizations or of departments or employee groups within the same organizations. Employee Satisfaction Index
Index is based on all questions related to employee satisfaction.It allows to show the general climate in the organization. This index shows if the employees even the satisfied ones may have a tendency to leave the company. Wehen there are more difficulties in finding good employees, particularly specialtists, this index functions as an early warning for the company management. Results in other indexes show what has to be done to lower it. Trust Index
This important index shows to what extent employees and management trust each other. The level of this index is an important predictor in change managemnt.
Management area indexes These indexes give more detailed indication what should be done in the organization. In the final report we also analyse particular questions and copmpare answers of different groups of employees to the same question. Areas conditioning good management 1. Personal success 2. Questionnaire is usually supplemented by other questions and indexes important for the organization. Benchmarking We have used some of the question in more than 60 organizations this is why we may offer benchmarking the results to the mean results in similar organizations or businesses. |
