Stocki Associates - Transition Consulting was established in 1993 in Kraków and in 2000 the company relocated to Iwanowice. We specialize in organizational and knowledge management consulting with special support for companies and other organizations trying to improve their business results through business literacy and strategic dialogue with their stakeholders. We have conducted diagnostic analyses in approximately 100 companies and 25 non-profit organizations. Being a small consultancy closely associated with Jagiellonian University, we focus on innovative and customized projects. We cooperate with more than a dozen consultants not only in Poland but also in Russia, Hungary, Czech Republic, Croatia and Canada. We specialize in discovering and removing the psychological barriers to business development.
