MA in Sociology. He is a PhD student at Jagiellonian University in Kraków, awarded with two Polish Government Scholarships for Outstanding Academic Achievement and the Estreicher’s Scholarship, bestowed by the President of the Jagiellonian University. In 2007 he was an intern at Great Place to Work® Institute Europe in Copenhagen, where he participated in the preparation of the Best 100 Workplaces in Europe List for Financial Times®. He is a specialist in designing and conducting both quantitative and qualitative field research. His scientific interests include: cognitive anthropology, the psychology of religion and trust building in organizations. A member of The Acting Person Center.

MA in Sociology. Mr. Żmuda is a psychology student at Jagiellonian University in Kraków, award-winner of the Polish Government Scholarship for Outstanding Academic Achievements. He is a specialist in designing and conducting both qualitative and quantitative field research. His scientific interests include: the sociology of power, the sociology of organizations and organizational diagnosis. A member of The Acting Person Center, responsible for coordinating the organizational audit project with "U Siemachy" Association.

PhD in Psychology, researcher and lecturer in the Department of Psychology at Jagiellonian University in Kraków. A member of the European Federation of Employee Shareownership (EFES). He is an author of Managing Goods and Organizational Pathologies. Diagnosis and Intervention, as well as numerous publications about management. He is the creator of Gen: Training Generator, a comprehensive program for designing training programs (HR Service by ABC Publishing House). He has diagnosed almost one hundred Polish companies and organizations. As a consultant he has worked for, inter alia, Wawel Royal Castle, Solidarity Union, IDEE, St. Albert's Society and many other companies and corporations, both Polish and foreign. In 1993 he established Stocki Associates - a company dedicated to implementing Total Participation Management. He was a co-organizer of CXO Management Leader and People-Oriented Company national competitions.
