Sometimes the most effective method of diagnosis is based on the idea of workshop that is carefully crafted to reflect everyday reality of a customer organization. The main advantage of that method is that it includes, as part of the workshop, a discussion on the findings and possible organizational solutions. Based on our experience, it is quite often that managers taking part in such workshops decide on changes immedialtely after the event.

Aside from competitions and B2B research, where we usually study more than ten organizations simultanously, we are also involved in projects with companies that seek in-depth knowledge about themselves. We have completed many research projects in various organizations, and they usually conclude with presenting the results to the management and employees and discussing our findings.

The clients who used the very first version of the tool Organizational DNA in the competition 'Company People's Friendly'. The research was organized by Independent Self-governing Trade Union "Solidarity". Stocki Associates Transition Consulting conducted a survey research on the reresentative sampe of the employees in each organization.

meetings and workshops on „Newspaper as an economical enterprise”. (…) Meetings
and materials were very helpful for participants (private and self-governmental
local newspapers from the whole country) in their development and understanding
