So far none of the
Polish companies have implemented Total Participation Management, only one
division of international corporation did. Unfortunately, we do not have their
permission to reveal more details. We were not the authors of this implementation.
We helped however with implementing elements of Total Participation in several
organizations. We carried out strategic dialogue in Polish Food Banks
Federation and St. Brother Albert's Aid Society. Companies which are close to
Total Participation often ask us for help in creating salary system and quality
management. Every time we use the approach that engage all of the employees.
From our experience it is clear that the hardest thing for people is to share
financial information of their companies - without it Total Participation is
not possible.
